DEPOSIT

Every booking has to be secured with a deposit charged by the hotel on your credit card (the card number and the expiry date are necessary). The deposit amounts to 30% of the total cost of your stay, but no less than the cost of 1 night.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel:

• 15 days before arrival date , the deposit will be transfered back to your account.
• between 14 days  and 7 days before arrival date, we will keep 100% of the deposit.
• less than 7 days before arrival datel 100% of your stay will be charged.
• No-show and shortened stay: the total amount of your stay will be charged.
